In May 2011, the large oak door on the 5th floor of the modern Bornholdhaus in Hamburg opened for the first time. As part of a spin-off the tax-consulting firm Maack & Company was founded with the passionate goal of being a competent and far-sighted partner at eye level for clients with very special requirements. Based on this claim the firm not only grew spatially by two additional floors but also strategically by the "Maack & Collegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft" in 2013, by the "MAACK & Company Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft" in 2016 and by the successful branch office in Magdeburg in 2019.
